On January 8, 2024, Decree-Law No. 10/2024 was published in the Official Gazette, which, within the framework of SIMPLEX, reforms and simplifies licensing within the scope of urban planning, spatial planning and industry, prioritizing the elimination of licenses, authorizations and unnecessary administrative acts, in a "zero licensing" logic. This Briefing highlights some of the main changes brought about by the aforementioned Decree-Law.
