On December 5, 2023, Decree-Law no. 114-C/2023 was published in the Official Gazette, which created a database of disqualifications and dismissals and completed the transposition into national law of Directive (EU) 2019/1151 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019, amending Directive (EU) 2017/1132, with regard to the use of digital tools and procedures in the field of company law. This Briefing highlights some of the main innovations brought in by the aforementioned Decree-Law.
